Have you ever thought of that? The same power which raised Jesus from death to life... is the same power which gave birth to life in the first place... is the same power which will bring heaven to earth and renew the whole of creation... is the same power which animates each and every believer!

The Holy Spirit is the game-changer and he is promised to everyone who opens their heart to Jesus. But we must be clear: the Holy Spirit is a person, not a force, and so we can no more control the Holy Spirit than we can control the wind. However because he is God we can trust him and allow him to enable us to live faithfully, to grow into the likeness of Jesus and to endure whatever suffering tests our faith and shapes our character.
