Stepping out

Just returned from what began as a celebration of 25 years of ordained ministry and became one of the hardest things I have ever done: 155 miles in 5 days across the Isle of Skye, from south to north and west to east. But it was in a good cause: our forthcoming church twinning with St Paul's Episcopal in Jordan, in whose refugee support programme we hope to get involved. My awareness of the Lord's presence came to the fore in crucial route planning decisions and in moments of exhaustion, when I received fresh energy. Those wishing to contribute are invited to visit my JustGiving page. With thanks!
